How to Learn
The way I teach this meditation technique in a class, which is how I recommend you learn it through this website, is to do the first four days of the course consecutively (e.g. Monday to Thursday or Wednesday to Saturday - you get the idea) This helps solidify the concepts quickly so you aren’t meditating incorrectly for days and days before you do the next class.
After the first four days, there is then a really short video you should watch one week later before you meditate. The concept I introduce here is important, but I think it’s better to hear after you’ve been meditating a bit.
I plan to expand this online course to match my class, but I haven’t shot all the videos yet. However, this is enough for you to learn the technique. Below are links to each day of the class. A link to this table of contents page is at the bottom of the home page. Click on “I hope this is helpful” to get here directly each day of the course (or you can bookmark this page.)
Watch the two videos below before starting Day 1 (unless you already watched them on the home page) - Time: 6:34
Day 1 link 39 minutes + Q&A (four videos - 4:34, 9:30, 3:47, 20:49)
Day 2 link 30 minutes + Q&A (3 videos - 25:11, 3:17, 1:49)
Day 3 link 31 minutes + Q&A (3 videos - 25:50, 1:21, 4:14)
Day 4 link 31 minutes
One week later link: 25 minutes
One week after that link: 22 minutes
Two weeks after that link: I haven't done this yet, but it's review. Until that comes, I suggest reviewing Day 4, one week later and one week after that and then meditating for 20 minutes.
