Do you feel like your meditation should feel relaxed?
No. Good, you are getting it. There is no goal. There is no should.
Yes. I get it. This is counterintuitive. By the fourth day I think you’ll realize that it doesn’t matter what happens in your meditation. If your meditation is tense, and you’re OK with that, it’s better than if your meditation is relaxing and you want it to be more relaxing. Ultimately, what’s actually important is how your meditation affects your life. You don’t control that either - except by how often you meditate.
What should it feel like while you are doing this type of meditation?
A) There is no should. Whatever happens, happens. I figured you could use an easy one.
